I know it's back to school time for a lot of you, so in today's video I wanted to give you a few tips on how to wake up early but still feel refreshed and ready to take on the day without being tired or miserable.
Follow these tips and you will definitely sleep better, wake up feeling motivated, and have an advantage over everyone else by becoming a morning person.
- Get a sleep mask / blackout curtains
- Don't sleep with the TV on!
- Don't have any caffeine after 4pm
- Be consistent with your bed and wake up time
- Stay motivated
- Keep your morning routine in mind
